A therapist-led wellness experience where women who carry everything can finally just be.

The Mental Beauty Reset is an intimate gathering for up to 30 women that blends clinical mental health tools with beauty, self-care, and community. It’s not a wellness brunch. It’s not a panel with mimosas. It’s a structured, therapist-led experience built around four therapeutic pillars where every woman in the room walks away with more than she came in with.

Each Reset includes psychoeducation on a theme tailored to the group, guided group discussion, individual reflection, a hands-on beauty or self-care activity woven into the therapeutic framework, a practical emotional regulation skill you’ll actually use on Monday morning, curated gift bags from aligned beauty and wellness brands, and a closing group affirmation.

The facilitator is a licensed clinician. That means when the conversation goes deeper than expected, and it will, the person holding the room is trained to hold it safely. That’s what makes this different from everything else in the wellness space.
